Cool Planet Jewelry ships directly to customers all over the world. We normally ship with UPS and every
order includes a tracking number that is automatically sent once your order ships. Alternatively, when
necessary, we use the United States Postal Service Priority or Express Mail services.
All orders received for in-stock item will go out within two business days. Overnight and 2nd day orders
on in-stock items enjoy priority handling and if received by 2:00 PM Mountain time ship the same day and
arrive on the NEXT or 2ND BUSINESS DAY, not including weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver on
Saturdays unless specific arrangements are made directly with an Cool Planet Jewelry Customer Service
representative.
International orders are subject to addtional duties and taxes beyond our domestic shipping prices. Since
each country charges different rates, we cannot predict what these charges will be, althought VAT for EU
countries can be as high as an additional 18%. UPS will collect international fees and duties upon delivery.
Cool Planet Jewlery does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. If you have specific needs or

Returns and Repairs
Our intention is to design and manufacture products that are entirely earth-friendly and meet your needs.
For that reason all Cool Planet Jewelry products purchased directly from this Web site carry a complete
satisfaction guarantee. If, at anytime within the first 30 days of receiving your product, you are
unsatisfied for any reason simply contact us for an exchange, repair or refund depending on the damage.
Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse or beyond reasonable usage
expectations. Quotations for repairs and replacement parts will be provided at no charge. We apologize,
but shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded.
Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and
the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or store credit.
To return a product for any reason, simply send the product back to our Telluride location with a brief
note as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of
